Right on there front page it says:

This is better than I have come to expect from these services. Will look deeper at this one.

Maybe it should be looked into if the data base is transferable or if it is encrypted somehow to prevent it being used elsewhere.

Yes you can upload this database backup to any hosting server with mysql database and restore your forum there

Here is where they talk about adding chat boxes. It seems you can only do it with HTML. No package installations allowed.

The ads are from Google. Nothing is going to change. The only thought I have is that Google might change them if the content is scanned and proven to not be adult.

This could happen on other hosts. One option is to pay to not have the ads at all.

$10 per month for no ads. Might be better to just pay for hosting and have total control over everything.

I put some non adult content on it, it still shows adult ads. I don't believe in what they are saying. I think that they may hav quite a few porn forums and Google is providing ads for all of them. We will have to dump them if that is the case.

I found out that the biggest forum on this host has a chat on the main page. They also have the adult ads.

10,000 members. 258 online at this moment. In some other language, so I don't know what the forum is about. Aparently, they don't care about the ads.

Byethost10.com seems to be the best free host by far. It allows you to install what ever software you want using a Vista control panel. And it doesn't charge you for the service. Here is the example forum:
