If you move to Advanced Hosting (http://www.freeforums.org/advanced.php) then we can move your forum over for free. Otherwise you will need a database backup of your forum.

In order to get an unencrypted database backup of your forum there is a $30 charge in order to do so. To purchase, you simply have to send your payment of $30 via PayPal to ffpayments@gmail.com, and then afterwards let me know the transaction ID and the forum URL (email to support@freeforums.org). Once this is done I will then email you the copy of your forums database as soon as possible.

I found this on the support forum for freeforums.org. They charge a fee to give you your data. Not even a large fee. Forumotion wont give it back to you at all.

BTW I have $30 dollars in my pocket right now. I can't take the family to dinner for less than twice that much.
